Appointments

To maintain the best service standard, the following rules are applied when you book a consultation with eTax Sydney.

• Service time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Appointments are not available between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm each working day.
• Limited 1 appointment for each person. Each session lasts 30 mins. Call us if you require a longer time-slot.
• Guest appointments are accepted. No payment needed upfront.
• Please attend your appointment at least 10 mins prior to your appointment time. Late attendance for more than 10 mins will result in your appointment being cancelled.
• Follow the NSW Government COVID-19 Guidance on our premises.
• No aggressive or offensive behaviours are tolerated.
